At this point, the only way to get Gtk+OSX on your machine is to download the source files from our website and build them with Project Builder. Which is available with your OS X install CDs (Disc 2), or from http://developer.apple.com. After that, we have an example application (gtktestthing) which shows how to make a project that uses the Gtk+OSX frameworks or libraries.
If your just interested in running a specific Gtk based application you can download and install Fink (http://fink.sourceforge.net) and X11 (http://www.apple.com/macosx/x11), and then use fink to install Gtk and whatever Gtk app you want.
