Splat is a simple paint program like MS Paint. It's can be thought of as "CinePaint lite". The goal of Splat is to provide a simplistic alternative GUI that will be integrated with the img_img core alongside CinePaint Glasgow. Splat was based on AntiPaint? originally (but that project won't build due to a couple missing files).
